Central Art Space Terms and Conditions
To confirm a booked place you must complete a course enrollment form and make payment in full before the course commences. Payment may be made through internet banking, eftpos at the Studio, or cash.
All course costs are GST inclusive.
Cancellation by us:
If we have to cancel a course you will receive notification as early as possible. You may choose to transfer the cost to an alternative course or a full refund.
If you are unable to attend a class you will not be entitled to a refund for the class missed or to transfer to another course to make up your missed class.
We will not schedule classes on public holidays, or on a public holiday weekend.
In the event of staff sickness we will endeavor to prevent class cancellation and provide a substitute tutor if able. If we are unable to do this, the class will be re-scheduled. Please ensure we have your correct details at time of booking to ensure we are able to contact you.
Health & Safety:
We are a health and safety conscience Studio, and aim to protect you as much as possible from hazards.
As Central Art Space is a working studio, covered footwear is recommended.
Safety equipment is provided when needed and required to be used when instructed by course tutors.
All efforts are taken to ensure equipment is functioning safely, but common sense, is our primary guide.
Please let staff know of any equipment not functioning, as it should.
No solvent sprays such as turpentine, spray paint, or cleaners are not permitted in the art studio.
Please check with your tutor if you are unsure.
Central Art Space will make every effort to ensure that all courses proceed as advertised on the website or via social media material. However, all courses are subject to minimum numbers and we reserve the right to cancel a course or modify any course content as we see necessary without compromising the overall course structure.
